FAQ

Do you send in parcels?

We now offer both in-person pickup and shipping. Orders within Edinburgh are still preferred for same-day collection, where we can meet in a safe public location such as a café or bank. We also ship orders via our Vinted and eBay shops.

What payment methods do you take?

We prefer cash, but PayPal or bank transfer is also acceptable.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer discounts on larger single-pack orders (10+ packs).

How quickly can I get my order?

If the order is in stock and it's relatively early, we can meet on the same day. If not, next day morning.

Do you require deposits?

No, not for orders in stock. A deposit might be necessary for larger orders that are currently out of stock.

Are prices negotiable?

Prices are fixed, unless buying in bulk.

Are Pokémon cards authentic?

All cards are 100% genuine, imported from Japan or Korea.

What condition are the boxes/packs in?

All boxes are sealed and cards should be near mint. We inspect each box upon arrival, and anything not up to standard will not be sold.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

All sales are final once completed in person. You can inspect the box/packs and refuse them, but once the transaction is completed, we do not accept returns for safety reasons.

Can I bring someone with me?

Of course — happy to meet in a public place.
